Lincoln's First Piano Lesson!

Lincoln is 6 months old now and he is so curious about everything! He loves touching, feeling, and tasting everything he can get his little hands on. So, yesterday I thought he might like the piano. Oh my goodness it was so cute! He loved the fact that he could hit a button and make a noise all on his own. Here are a few pictures and a cute video at the bottom.

Lost My Camera

Sorry for the lack of posting lately...while on my trip to Idaho I lost my camera! I am so devastated about this and am still hoping it will pop up. Anyways...I have pulled out the video camera so will have some video clips up soon.

Our Cute Son at 5 Months!

He is sitting up now all by himself!! He does best when we prop him with the Boppy but can do it all on his own too.

Last weekend it was so beautiful we decided to head to downtown DC. We decided to visit the Natural History museum - so cool! Anyone who has young kids or even no kids would love this museum! Here is the huge elephant in the main lobby.

It was so beautiful outside!! There were runners EVERYWHERE and it really made me miss it!! I need to get my butt back into gear if I am going to run the Marine Corps Marathon in October!

Lincoln Sitting Up!

Here are some fun videos of Lincoln sitting up all on his own! It was a beautiful 65 degree day yesterday and we had just gotten back from a nice long 2-hour walk! :) Darn, I just watched the video and for some reason it keeps uploading funny. The sound is a little bit off of the video and it appears as though the video is "sped up" or faster than it originally was filmed. Oh well, you can still see him sitting up even if the sound is off :)

Mom's Group Potluck

Here is a picture of Lincoln on the day he turned 5 months! I can't believe it has been 5 months already!!! We love this little guy sooo much.
Last week we had a potluck at one of the houses from my moms group. It was so much fun! Everyone brought either an appetizer or a dessert and we had a great time. Here are a few photos.

Lincoln was really tired and slept through the first hour. He loved this rocker!!

Look at those chubby cheeks! :) Lincoln LOVES standing up (while you help him) and I was able to get a few shots of him standing all on his own in the corner of the couch!

There were about 15 moms there and Lincoln had a great time playing with this little girl, Harper! She is about two weeks older than Lincoln (isn't it funny how we count by weeks when they are this young??) :)

This was so funny! We tried to get a picture of all the babies who were awake. Everyone did pretty good except for Lincoln. He screamed the ENTIRE time!!!
